You tell us what needs to be done and we work through your tasks in order until your time is used up. You can change task priority at any time (though you cannot reduce the priority of a task once we have started work on it).

Roughly on the same day each month, however, on request we will complete urgent tasks as soon as we have time available for no extra cost.

In case of an urgent security threat we will take immediate action to protect your website. We do not charge a premium for this service. Depending on the complexity of the work we will either deduct time from your monthly allowance or provide you with a quote.

You can either upgrade to the next plan (by paying the difference from the time you change) or have the work completed at our standard hourly rate.

Two reasons. First, some websites are in such poor condition they need major repair work to prepare them for monthly support. We’re happy to do some remedial work when taking on a new site, but extensive work needs to be quoted. Second, some websites are built using tools that are incompatible with our systems.

But here’s the good news – When you apply you get a free website health check with recommendations. So you’ve nothing to lose and everything to gain!
